Pre Screening
Shortlisted applicants participate in a preliminary interview conducted by our HR recruitment officer. The purpose is to identify the most suitable candidates. Those who qualify at this stage will be guided and prepared for the final interview.

Final Interview

Documentation and Processing
We submit the resumes of shortlisted candidates along with our recruitment manager’s recommendations. Upon approval and receipt of the verified documents, the selected candidates are scheduled for their medical examinations.

Medical Test
Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive medical evaluations at an authorized medical institution to ensure their physical, mental, and psychological fitness prior to joining the company.

Visa Receiving
We forward all relevant worker-related documents to the employer for review and confirmation. Once the employing company issues the visa confirmation and provides a copy of the visa, we proceed with the application process at the respective embassies.

Orientation
We present the employing company’s employment package, benefits, policies, and regulations to prospective employees. The orientation includes key do’s and don’ts as well as an overview of applicable laws.

Departure
To ensure efficient service, we arrange secure air travel for the selected candidates and coordinate all necessary procedures for their timely deployment.
